2023 Honda Odyssey Adds Sport Trim
|
Honda recently announced that they are adding an additional trim to the 2023 Honda Odyssey lineup. This one will be the “sports” trim. It will sit right between Touring on the high end and EX-L on the low end. Some features you're going to get for this new trim include the darkened tail lights with the gloss black finite. You can also get the special Berline Black 19-inch wheels. In the cab, the decoration will be black leather with the reddish stitching, the black headliners, and the lights inside with red coloration. The Sports level will have just about everything that the EX-L has at the lower tier. This includes a passenger seat that you can adjust in 8 ways to get comfortable. You can control the power moonroof with just one touch. There's also the power tailgate life for the back as well. For safety features, you'll have access to the Honda Sensing suite. This has options like the Pedestrian Emergency Braking as well as the adaptive cruise control with the Low-speed Follow option for staying in the right position in traffic. In terms of paint jobs, you have the extra Sonic Gray Pearl option, which is new. You can also add this exterior option to the Touring and Elite trims as well if you want. The Sports trim, just like the rest of the trims, starts with a V6 engine with 280 horsepower. It also has an auto transmission with 10 speeds. The Sports trim also gets some of the usual features like the Magic slide seats in the second row, which allow you to make them all flat for extra storage space. You also get CabinWatch for keeping track of what everyone is doing in the back via a screen in the front. Another styling you can get includes the fog light surrounds, door mirrors, and more.
